Withdrawal
You placed an order on LettreExpress and want to withdraw? Do it here, online and without creating an account: click the button, fill in the form, then confirm. An acknowledgement of receipt is emailed to you immediately.
What you need to know
Time limit. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the conclusion of the contract, i.e. the day of your payment.
Performance without waiting. Before each payment, you ticked a box asking for your order to be performed without waiting for the end of the withdrawal period:
- Pro PDF and custom letter (digital content): once the content has been supplied, the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised (article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code);
- registered post, for orders placed before 27/09/2026 (this service is no longer sold): once your letter has been handed to La Poste, the service is fully performed and the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised (article L221-28, 1° of the French Consumer Code).
For such an order, as long as your registered letter has not been handed to La Poste, you can withdraw free of charge. If you withdraw, we refund you no later than 14 days after receiving your request, using the payment method you used (article L221-24 of the French Consumer Code).
You can still send us your request with this form in any case: each one is reviewed and answered by email. If it is accepted, the refund is made using the payment method used for the order.
Where is your reference? In the confirmation email received after payment (order reference) or in the Stripe receipt. For registered post ordered before 27/09/2026, it is also the reference of your tracking page.
The full conditions are in our terms of sale (the French version, /cgv, prevails). You can also write to contact@lettreexpress.com.
