Pro PDF — €1.90 incl. tax: your letter laid out on A4, delivered as a downloadable PDF immediately after payment.

Registered post (A.R.) — €9.90 incl. tax: we print your letter and send it by registered post with acknowledgment of receipt through our postal provider, with a tracking number provided right after payment. You are solely responsible for the content of the letter and the accuracy of the addresses: the letter is sent exactly as displayed at the time of ordering.

Custom letter written by AI — €2.90 incl. tax: automated drafting of a complete administrative letter from the situation you describe, with a free partial preview; payment unlocks the full text and its formatted PDF. The letter is generated by AI from your input only: it is a writing aid, cites no legal references and is not legal advice — review and adapt it before sending, under your responsibility.

Price and payment

Prices include tax — VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Payment by card via Stripe; no banking data ever passes through our servers.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content supplied immediately nor for a fully performed service, once you have expressly agreed. By confirming payment you request immediate performance and waive your right of withdrawal. In case of malfunction (file not delivered, unreadable document, letter not handed to the postal provider), we refund or regenerate the service on simple request.

For any complaint, contact us first at contact@lettreexpress.com. If no amicable solution is found, any consumer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator we belong to:
